Wacky Cake on the Radio!

Wacky Cake was featured on NPR.
I missed the original story, but heard a write-in letter about it last Thursday and looked it up. The letter was about other names for it, such as Crazy Cake. I have a recipe in a community cook book that calls it No No Cake (I'm assuming that came from no eggs, no butter).
This is the best cake--so simple and so tasty. Works for those who like sweet stuff and those who like not so sweet stuff. Shapes well, holds together well when frosting, and is low fat and dairy free (so you can take it places when there are lactose intolerant people around and they can eat cake, too!). The recipe includes seven minute frosting, but I personally recommend sprinkling with powdered sugar.
